Midlife Transitions

I work with my clients on the Cornerstones both separately and as part of larger health issues such as cardiovascular, immune, or hormonal concerns. However, my passion is supporting women who are navigating their Midlife Transition.

Chart illustrating symptoms and physical changes during menopause, including headaches, hot flashes, hair thinning, bleeding gums, breast enlargement, pain, urgency, incontinence, bladder issues, heart palpitations, dry skin, tingling, changes in the uterus, bones, psychological effects like dizziness, poor memory, anxiety, mood swings, libido loss, and systemic effects such as weight gain and heavy night sweats.

When Your Body Starts Speaking a Different Language

Something shifts in midlife, and suddenly the body you've known for decades feels foreign. You're not imagining it - there's real science behind what you're experiencing.

As your ovaries slow their hormone production, it creates a ripple effect throughout your entire system. Those hormones weren't just about reproduction - they were chemical messengers supporting your brain function, bone density, cardiovascular health, and even your skin's vitality.

The Perfect Storm of Change

This hormonal transition coincides with natural aging processes that affect every organ system. Your metabolism shifts. Extra weight shows up in different places. Your sleep patterns change. Your stress response intensifies. Your energy levels wane. Even your digestion can feel completely different. Meanwhile, you're still trying to use the same health strategies that have always worked - and wondering why they're failing you now.

You're Not Broken - You're Transitioning

What if instead of fighting against these changes, you learned to navigate them strategically?
